The first official teaser for Lifetime’s upcoming original movie ‘Liz & Dick’ has been released.
The movie, which stars Lindsay Lohan as famous American actress Elizabeth Taylor and Grant Bowler as Richard Burton, is set to premiere this November.
The teaser showcases Lohan with Taylor’s famous dark hair, cast by screen captions of “infamous” and “dangerous” to reel the viewers in.
The story takes place on the set of Taylor’s famous 1963 film ‘Cleopatra,’ where to pair first met before quickly becoming one of the most famous couples in the world.
Speaking to People, Lohan revealed she has always been a fan of Taylor’s work. “I have always admired and had enormous respect for Elizabeth Taylor,” she said. “She was not only an incredible actress but an amazing woman as well. I am very honored to have been asked to play this role.”
The teaser comes only days after news of Lohan’s arrest in New York City after apparently hitting a pedestrian with a car.
