Getting into acting can be a rollercoaster ride for those who are testing out the waters for the first time. For a talented group of twelve contestants, the opportunity to become the newest character on the popular Oxygen! series ‘Glee’ is the chance of a lifetime.

In the last episode Cameron, with his black rim glasses, nerdy charm, and hell of a voice walked away from the competition. Cameron’s Christian morals began to interrupt his progress when sexuality became the theme of the week.

According to E!, Cameron said, “When you make a decision like that, I think it’s really hard to regret it. You just have to follow what you believe and believe that when one door closes, another door opens and it’s only going to lead to great things. I don’t regret it.”

As they say, when the going gets tough, the tough get going. And Cameron got going, but away from the prize as he crumbled at the idea of pushing his morals.

The winner of ‘The Glee Project’ gets to showcase in seven episodes during season three of ‘Glee.’ Robert Ulrich, the over-the-top casting director hinted that the prize could be greater. According to E!, Ulrich said, “Anything is possible in the world of ‘Glee’. There’s one winner, [but] there’s no guarantee. Who knows?”

While the five contests left (Samuel, Hannah, Alex, Lindsay, and Damian) are all uniquely talented, it seems to be a tough call. Gleek’s everywhere are excited to have a new crush– maybe Samuel? Or a new “it” girl (possibly Lindsay) to become enamored by.

Tune in Sunday 9pm/8c to Oxygen! to get in on the ‘Glee’ trend.
