Brad Pitt has been a total heartthrob since the 90s and has one of the most distinguished careers in Hollywood, potentially being one of the most successful actors of all time.

His personal life has also made mainstream news quite often, with his previous relationship with Jennifer Aniston and long-time marriage with Angelina Jolie being the talk of the town on more than one occasion.

What might be surprising to hear though, is that he has gone beyond acting and has ventured into the realm of beauty, specifically skincare.

Brad Pitt has recently announced that he is launching a gender-neutral skincare brand called Le Domaine.

Le Domaine is going to be a somewhat unique line of products due to the fact that they’re partially composed of a unique ingredient in the form of grapes found in the Chateau Miraval, a vineyard in France.

Pitt isn’t going at this venture alone as he’s partnering up with the Perrins; a prestigious family of French wine-makers and Pitt himself has received quite a lot of inspiration from his ex-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow, who has seen a great deal of success in the health and wellness marketplace.

The Le Domaine line isn’t going to be cheap, however, as it’s specifically branded as luxury skincare, with many of the products costing several hundred dollars at a minimum.

Much of Pitt’s motivation for launching Le Domaine has to do with his changing views on the importance of skincare. While he was never big on paying special attention to his skin health most of his life, he eventually came around to the idea that it is an important thing to do once he gained access to the Le Domaine formulations.

After using Le Domaine products for an extended period of time, Pitt found that his skin was incredibly healthy looking when compared to beforehand.

Believing heavily in the efficacy of the Le Domaine Brand, Pitt felt the need to represent it in full by putting his name behind it. He also stresses that despite the high quality of Le Domaine, it’s not designed to be “anti-aging” in nature, which he views as a fad, but simply a product that amplifies skin health.
