Add one to the massive number of lawsuits facing rap mogul Birdman.

Coming out of the woodwork to get a slice of the Birdman pie is producer DVLP. Born Bigram Zayas, he is most notable for producing the chart topping “Rap God” by Eminem, and Lil Wayne’s single, “Blunt Blowin.”

The producer had his crew demand that Birdman give him $200,000 as a payment for the work that he did on various albums, including Lil Wayne’s “Free Weezy Album”, alongside his “I Am Not A Human Being 2.”

However, Birdman did his best to keep the producer at bay. Sending him multiple false assurances including such texts as: “I’m Work wit yu fam”,”Sh*t gettin done”,”I’m gettin yu paid”, and other texts of that kind.

For DVLP though, that isn’t enough, and he is now taking this case to a judge to receive his $200,000 in full.

DVLP is just another man in a long list of lawsuits that Baby has faced. He is currently being sued by Lil Wayne for $50 million in unpaid royalties and album advances. Alongside that, he has also previously been sued by Turk, Lil Chuckee, Jas Prince, and others.
