The June 14 Manhattan bar brawl between Chris Brown and Drake has been surfacing in the press off and on for weeks. First, NBA star Tony Parker was a bystander in the incident, suffering an apparent laceration of the left eye in the fight. Both Drake and Brown’s entourages began to fight, throwing glasses and bottles at one another, injuring others.

As of last week, Greenhouse and W.i.P., which is owned by Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., also sued the two parties for creating “bad press” for $16 million after the incident. According to Greenhouse, the fight led to the failure of a $4 million licencing deal.

Now, another lawsuit has surfaced. Model Romain Julien was in the club during the incident, suffering apparent cuts, distress, and cosmetic deformities. He also included Greenhouse and W.i.P. in the suit, citing that the group failed to provide the necessary security for the night and wherewithal of the tension between the two groups.

Brown and Drake’s parties have not responded to the suit as of yet, but Greenhouse and W.i.P. said the group would “respond appropriately” to the legal filing.
