The first trailer for ‘Neighbors’ has been released.
The film, which stars Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, and Rose Byrne, features a married couple living the suburban dream with their new-born daughter. That is, until a college fraternity moves in next door.
Their idyllic neighborhood turns into a nightmare as small disagreements escalate into an all-out war between neighbors where air bags get stolen, babies chew on used condoms, and basements are flooded.

Efron is joined by Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and others in the Nicholas Stoller (‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall,’ ‘Get Him to the Greek’) directed flick; which was originally titled ‘Townies.’ Lisa Kudrow, Halston Sage, Jake Johnson, and Jason Mantzoukas also feature in the film.
‘Neighbors’ is due to hit theaters on May 9, 2014.
