Saturday Night Live has announced that it will kick off its 38th season on September 15 with Seth MacFarlane at the helm.

Summer breakout star Frank Ocean will join host MacFarlane on the premiere as the season’s first musical guest.

Funny man MacFarlane will be promoting the premieres of his animated comedies ‘Family Guy,’ ‘American Dad,’ and ‘The Cleveland Show.’

MacFarlane also recently directed his first feature film, the talking teddy-bear comedy ‘Ted’ starring Mark Wahlberg.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt will make his sophomore hosting appearance on SNL September 22. He will be joined by English band Mumford and Sons in their SNL debut .

‘James Bond’ and ‘Girl With the Dragon Tattoo’ star Daniel Craig will host October 6, with Muse performing as the musical guest.

Last week, it was revealed the 38th season of SNL will be coming back without stars Kristen Wiig, Andy Samberg and Abby Elliot.
