The CW has released a trailer for the upcoming sixth and final season of Gossip Girl.
A previous trailer was mostly made up of flashbacks from previous seasons, but this new promo delves into the upcoming season.
From the looks of it, season six is going to be an epic send-off for Upper East Side gang.
The clip features a wedding, an intense sex scene, and a double life; all in less than 60 seconds.
Season six will see the return of villain Georgina Sparks (Michelle Trachtenberg), whose presence always means trouble.
The trailer is heavy on Chuck (Ed Westwick) and Blair (Leighton Meester) scenes. This season may finally see the culmination of their off-and-on romance.
In any case, there will be a wedding. However, it is unclear who will be tying the knot.
Will it be Chuck and Blair? Or will it be Serena, played by the newlywed Blake Lively, who walks down the aisle?
Tune in to the CW October 8 at 9 pm for the premiere episode of the sixth and final season of Gossip Girl.
