45-year-old actor Charlie Sheen has recently gone through some infamous, drastic changes. Once known for his acting ability in movies such as ‘Wall Street’ and ‘The Rookie,’ Sheen is now recognized for his drug addiction and a rant that got him kicked off the show ‘Two and a Half Men.’

Sheen played the character Charlie Harper on ‘Two and a Half Men’ for eight years until he was fired for ranting about the show’s producers. In keeping with the expression “The show must go on,” Ashton Kutcher was hired to replace him.

Initially Sheen didn’t take it well, and he even said to TMZ, “Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB.” Sheen was referring to the Nielsen rating system and implying viewers would tune out.

Lately, however, the actor has had a change of heart. He went as far as to say he is thankful Ashton replaced him, claiming if Ashton hadn’t taken on the role he wouldn’t have been able to jump-start his career again.

Sheen was also pleased with the way his character parted from the show, telling TMZ of his funeral, “I have always been told that I have 9 lives, so it is going to be amazing to witness my own funeral which is clearly a win/win situation because Ashton has just given me a 10th.”
