UK Rapper Labrinth has released the music video for his latest single, ‘Treatment’.

The song is the fifth to be released from Labrinth’s debut album ‘Electronic Earth’, which peaked at #2 in the UK Album Chart earlier this year.

The song also sees the 23-year old experiment with a more Indie-Rock influenced sound.

Speaking about his inspiration for the song, Labrinth told Digital Spy: “Everyone has been through that moment when love sends them a little bit crazy, and I thought I needed to write about it.”

The music video is in black and white, following Labrinth, real name Tim McKenzie, on a journey of heartbreak as he slowly breaks down before trashing a dressing room.

In addition to being widely respected for his work as an artist, Labrinth is also incredibly popular as a producer amongst some of the biggest artists in the world. Shortly after working with the Lostprophets, he was forced to put a number of collaborations on hold while finishing up his ‘Electronic Earth’ album. He has since revealed he is now back in the studio working with Alicia Keys, Usher, and a range of other artists.
