You Me at Six have announced they will be Co-Headlining a North American tour with fellow rockers The Swellers.
The British band just finished performing 22 dates supporting Mayday Parade on the U.S. leg of their tour and are now preparing to embark on a tour of their own.
The tour is due to kick off in Cleveland Heights, OH, on the date their hit album ‘Sinners Never Sleep’ is released in the U.S. – January 24, 2012.
The ‘Loverboy’ band will continue on 17-dates across the U.S., concluding in Los Angeles on February 14.
‘Sinners Never Sleep’ was released October 2011 in the U.K, and peaked at #3 in the U.K. album charts. Produced by Garth Richardson, the man behind Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ ‘Mother’s Milk’ and Skunk Anansie‘s ‘Stoosh’, ‘Sinners Never Sleep’ see the band explore a more mature sound than their past punk-rock offerings.
Earlier this year, YM@6 were named ‘Best British Band’ at the 2011 Kerrang! Awards.
