Up-and-coming vocal talent Josh Osho will support Childish Gambino on the UK leg of his upcoming tour.

Gambino, real name Donald Glover, will hold two concerts in London at the intimate City Arts & Music Project (CAMP) venue on January 25 and 26, 2012, with Osho supporting, before flying back the US to begin preparations for his 25-date US tour beginning in March.

Tickets for the January 25 event sold out in less than a day. Additional tickets for January 26 are expected to be made available soon.

The duo first met when Gambino stopped over in the UK for a few days in December 2011. The pair hit it off immediately, talking about music and life at popular Portuguese restaurant chain Nandos before heading to the studio to start work on a new collaboration between the pair called ‘Giant’, due for release later this year.

Comedian Donald Glover, best known for his role as Troy Barnes on the NBC comedy series ‘Community’, began his music career in early 2011 after signing with Glassnote records and adopting the monicker Childish Gambino – Which was generated for him by a Wu Tang Clan name generator.

South London native Josh Osho is one of Universal’s newest signings. He recently released his debut single ‘Redemption Days’, featuring Ghostface Killah, which received a positive reception from critics.
