DJ Khaled has announced the follow-up to his popular ‘We the Best Forever’, released earlier this year.

Titled ‘Kiss The Ring’ and due for release Summer 2012, the album is expected to feature collaborations with a large number of prominent producers and artists, similar to his last album.

The 36-year-old DJ started as a radio personality in Miami, FL before rising to prominence as a member of Fat Joe‘s Hip Hop collective, ‘Terror Squad’. Khaled went on to release a number of mixtape albums while with the Terror Squad, starting with ‘Listennn… the Album’ in 2006.

Now on his fifth album, Khaled’s ‘We The Best Forever’ proved to be the DJ’s most popular to date, selling over 130,000 copies and spawning the platinum selling single ‘I’m On One’, featuring Drake, Lil Wayne, and Rick Ross.

‘I’m One One’ also marks the DJ Khaled’s (Real Name, Khaled bin Abdul Khaled) first Grammy nomination, for ‘Best Rap/Sung Collaboration’.
