Billy Talent released the long-awaited music video for their latest single, ‘Viking Death March’, last night.
This video release comes hot on the heels of the band announcing details of their next album, Dead Silence, which is due for release beginning September 7.
Fans in the band’s home country will, however, be forced to wait until September 11 to get their hands on the new album.
Directed by David Logan and Michael Maxxis, the video begins with the slow motion clapping of the crowd before speeding up to show the moshpits, flashing lights, and pure energy of a Billy Talent live performance.
The video is comprised of clips from the band’s recent European tour, with most of the footage coming from their performance at Germany’s Rock am Ring Festival.
The song ‘Viking Death March’ was originally released in late May, and is currently available for download
