The newest international trailer for Ang Lee‘s highly anticipated project ‘Life Of Pi’ has been released.

Based on Yann Martel’s novel of the same name, ‘Life Of Pi’ shares the story of an Indian boy played by Suraj Sharma, who gets stranded at sea when his family’s boat filled with zoo animals gets wrecked in a storm. Pi survives on a small life boat with a Bengal tiger in the Pacific for months.

Unlike the first trailer for the movie, which focused heavily on the impressive visual elements of the movie, this new trailer offers valuable insight into the wider narrative of the film.

It’s the first project from the Taiwanese director since 2009’s ‘Taking Woodstock.’ Lee’s more notable work includes his 1998 breakout ‘Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon’ and his Academy Award-winning 2005 film ‘Brokeback Mountain.’

The 3D film includes Irrfan KhanAdil Hussain and Tabu.

‘Life Of Pi’ is scheduled for release November 21.
