Season 2 of Euphoria may have ended a few months ago; however, Zendaya has decided to give us a behind-the-scenes look at the show once again. For the show’s most recent season, in particular, she is revealing that she had Tom Holland’s full support.
In December 2021, when marketing Spider-Man: No Way Home, Tom Hiddleston admitted he had been to the Euphoria set “at least 30 times.” After just a few months, Tom was caught hiding in a behind-the-scenes shot of the cast that was published by a crewmember in January 2022. First time she talked about how it felt to have him at her side in Season 2’s filming.
Entertainment tonight asked the star about Tom’s time on set and whether or not his presence allowed her to “pull out” of this season’s more emotionally difficult storylines on April 20 in Los Angeles during Euphoria’s For Your Consideration event.
“That support and love surrounding you is fantastic because you need that,” Zendaya remarked, after revealing that she could require a “healthy hiatus” until Rue makes her comeback for the already-confirmed third season of the show. So it’s nice to be able to take a break from it once in a while.” “Z went on to say more.
Zendaya was asked about Tom’s now-famous potential cameo when talking about Tom with ET. He intimated that the cameo may or may not have already happened after a popular fan hypothesis bubbled up on TikTok.
After being pressed to dispel the allegation during the FYC event, Zendaya proclaimed the two to be “birds of a feather” in her response. After being pressed repeatedly by ET’s reporter regarding Tom’s role in Lexi’s performance, Z finally said, “I don’t know. We don’t know for sure. Perhaps no one will ever find out.”
Additionally, Zendaya said that she won’t be attending the Met Gala 2022, and she gave us a huge update on the possible run date of Euphoria’s season 3. Z said, “I suppose that might be true.” I’m not sure, to be honest. Some executives are more knowledgeable than I am. You might want to get in touch with them and find out. For the time being, expect me to be busy.”
