Zach Braff, former star of the television show ‘Scrubs,’ has found his sexuality in question as a post on his old website declared he was gay. The post announced: “I am excited and proud to announce that I am an open member of the homosexual community.”

Since this was published, Braff’s representative has told TMZ the actor is not only straight, but he reportedly has not used the website for the past five years.

Zach has seemingly taken this announcement with good humor. The actor has posted several statuses on his Facebook page, including the following. “My old website got hacked. Someone issued a ‘coming out’ statement on my behalf. I’m still straight and in love with my girlfriend. But not too straight; I still love musicals, brunch and Doogie Howser [The 1989 TV series starring Neil Patrick Harris].”

Not to disappoint ‘Scrubs’ fans, the former Dr. Dorian also posted a YouTube clip from the show as his “official statement.”
