Ryan Seacrest Halloween 2018

It’s that time of the year again! Halloween is here, and Ryan Seacrest proved that it’s about making wishes come true. Last week, a listener called in during the radio show On Air With Ryan Seacrest, asking for the famous radio and TV host for potential American Idol Halloween costume props. Of course, Seacrest didn’t just deliver, he actually hooked them up!

Lupita from Riverside explained to Ryan that she and her colleagues are dressing as American Idol contestants, with one of their colleagues dressing as Ryan Seacrest himself! “I wanted to make it legit for him so here’s what I got for you,” the famous host told Lupita on-air. “Seventeen legit logo contestant stickers; I got two golden tickets to Hollywood; and for Raphael, the host, I got a full suit with the tie from Ryan Seacrest Distinction… He’ll be in Ryan Seacrest Distinction as a better host than the host.”

Still, there are some props, such as the golden ticket, that should be handled with care. “And just one thing with the golden tickets,” Ryan concluded. “We are actually doing American Idol auditions right now in different parts of the country — it’s active — so really keep these to yourself and don’t give them to anybody that could come on the show otherwise we’ll be confused.”

As for Seacrest, he came up with a very creative Halloween costume idea for himself. A few months ago, Ryan was publicly shamed for doing the “In My Feelings” challenge video. Although his video ultimately ended up in Drake’s official video, Seacrest decided to do something that many people wouldn’t be able to; he faced his haters in the form of a Halloween costume.

It’s Halloween and Ryan Seacrest is showing everyone how not to be afraid of the haters. “I was kidding but it seems to be getting a little traction,” Ryan said. “I was gonna go as Karl Lagerfeld… And then it dawned on me, wouldn’t it be funny — remember when I was completely life-shamed for doing the ’In My Feelings’ challenge video and I read all the comments and then I stopped reading comments for life? — I started thinking you know what I should do, is maybe I should go as my worst comments… And go as a scroll of the mean comments.”

Some of these mean comments include, “My day was ruined but this time it wasn’t my fault,” “I can’t unsee what I just saw,” “Worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life,” “You dance like Elmo,” “I just unfollowed you,” “The second-hand embarrassment I have is real.” Ryan said that he would wear an Instagram box and have a scroll with the comments. “Wouldn’t it be fun to go out with all those scrolling?” Seacrest said. “I’m sure there’s more I could find.”

Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest Have the Best Halloween Costumes

This year, Kelly and Ryan decided to sum up TV in 2018 with their epic Halloween costumes! As scary as it might sound, the hosts of Live with Kelly and Ryan decided to bring things back to life, and this time, they are focusing on TV shows that were once very popular among the viewers.

As a true queen of popular culture, Kelly Ripa is continuing her reign with this year’s Halloween costumes. She and Ryan Seacrest first gave a sneak peek to their audience of what they can expect on October 31.

In celebration of Halloween, the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-hosts will be airing the Live’s Best Halloween Show Ever: the ReBOOOOt special on Halloween morning. Reboots are obviously their 2018 theme. The famous duo will reinvent nostalgic favorites throughout the episode, including fan-favorite classics such as Friends, Top Gun, The Brady Bunch, Saved By the Bell, All My Children and others!

Once again, Kelly and Ryan showed just how professional they are. Even their trailer for this special episode was fun to watch! One of their costumes was from the classic ‘80s show, Laverne & Shirley. Then, they put a modern twist on the ‘90s classic when they channeled Rachel and Chandler from the legendary opening sequence. After that, Kelly and Ryan went back to high school, only to revive Saved by the Bell for a moment. For Kelly, Halloween might be the best time of the year as she proved that she is the master of costumes many times in the past.

One of these times was when she disguised her signature platinum locks under a black wig just to dress as Cher for the 2010 VMAs. Kelly loved this look so much that she shared a throwback photo on her Instagram, writing, “If I could turn back time I’d be Cher every damn day.”

Besides Cher, Kelly also channeled her inner Kim Kardashian when replicating the reality star’s iconic PAPER Magazine cover on Live episode in 2015. In 2016, Kelly dressed up as both Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump for a game of First Family Feud during the Live show. But that’s not all! Ripa also dressed up as Pamela Anderson, Sarah Palin, one of the pageant girls from Toddlers & Tiaras and Beyonce!

This Halloween is no different for Ripa. If you loved the legendary soap All My Children, you will be happy to hear that this show will also be a part of the REBOOOOT during the Halloween episode.

Ripa, who played Hayley on the show from 1990 until 2001, including a couple of guest appearances in 2010, revealed on Live that they are planning a surprise for Halloween that would thrill fans. She also mentioned hanging out with her former co-star Eva LaRue.

The two, along with several other actors, including co-host Ryan Seacrest, were involved in the Halloween reboot. Ripa also revealed that the show’s iconic leading lady, Susan Lucci would be a part of the project as well.

Ryan Seacrest had to play Ripa’s love interest, Jackson Montgomery (who was originally played by Walt Willey). Known for his sense of humor, Seacrest joked about being shorter than Willey and being told to stand on an apple box during filming.

Ripa loved Seacrest’s impersonation of Wiley, especially since he’d never seen an episode of All My Children before. Ryan learned all his lines because he didn’t want to make any mistakes and be the possible reason that Lucci would have to do the scene again.

Kelly walked down the memory lane and talked about what it was like to work with the legendary Lucci after all these years. Ripa also admitted that she was scared once again, despite how successful she’s become in the meantime. She acknowledged her former co-star is so iconic in the role, she couldn’t help but have this reaction.

Besides All My Children, Kelly and Ryan also dressed up in a variation of costumes, teasing a greased-up Ripa in a black wig, aviator glasses and chest hair, while Seacrest was in pigtails. “Everybody needs to be shirtless and oiled up,” Ripa said.

Mini Dawson’s Creek reunion is on its way this Halloween too! Seacrest and Ripa reached out to Busy Philipps and Jensen Ackles as they both auditioned for a scary reboot of the series. Other famous faces who will also be making an appearance are Christina Aguilera, Andy Cohen, John Stamos and others.

The morning of the Halloween show will begin with a Facebook Live pre-show and will later feature “Live’s Halloween Costume Contest.” During the contest, audience members will show off their costumes and winners will go home with prizes totaling $10,000.

Those who stay at home can also participate in Live’s Halloween Boxtume Contest. They must send in a photo of their homemade boxtume, which is a costume made of boxes. Those who participate will have the chance to win a $5,000 Amazon.com gift card.

Ryan Seacrest Dresses as Karl Lagerfeld at Casamigos Halloween Party

Ryan Seacrest was one of the many celebrity guests at the annual “Brought to You by Those Who Drink It” Casamigos Halloween party in Beverly Hills, California on Friday. The stars traditionally dressed up in their very best costumes during the soiree hosted by Casamigos founders George Clooney and Rande Gerber at the home of Mike Meldman, a developer and tequila tycoon.

Leading the celebrity pack was supermodel Cindy Crawford, her husband Rande Gerber and their kids, Kaia Gerber and Presley Gerber. The family was dressed as iconic rockers.

Crawford rocked a blonde wig and yellow shirt dress, doing her impression of Blondie singer Debbie Harry, while her husband Rande transformed into Ziggy Stardust, channeling his inner David Bowie in a red wig and the legendary lightning bolt face paint.

Kaia, on the other hand, was almost unrecognizable as Joan Jett, with her black wig. Kaia’s brother covered his hair with a bandana and embellished his ensemble with a rosary bead necklace and scarf belt.

While George Clooney was a no show, there were plenty of other stars at the party, including Ryan Seacrest and his girlfriend Shayna Taylor, Brandi Glanville, Cindy Crawford, Dave Grohl, Harry Styles, Paris Hilton, Diddy, Zoe Kravitz, Seth McFarlane, Nicky Hilton, French Montana, Olivia Munn, Michelle Trachtenberg, Ed Norton and wife Shauna Robertson, Kelsey Grammer and Will Forte, The Hills‘ Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter and models Charlotte McKinney and Karolina Kurkova.

Ryan and Shayna made one perfect Karl Lagerfeld and Anna Wintour! Seacrest, who is also a designer and the founder of men’s clothing line called Distinction, has always been interested in fashion, and his beautiful girlfriend is a model, so it’s no wonder the couple decided to dress up as the fashion icons Karl and Anna.

Besides Seacrest and Taylor, other celebrities also did their best to choose the most amazing costumes for the night. Olivia Munn showed up as Peik Lin and proved that she’s obsessed with Crazy Rich Asians. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna and her husband Harry Hamlin rocked their Edie Sedgwick and Andy Warhol costumes. Paris Hilton dressed as a sexy Furby, while her sister Nicky dressed up as her! Specifically, Nicky wore Paris’ iconic sequin gold mini dress and choker ensemble from her 21st birthday.

The celebrity guests at the party drank Casamigos ice shots and signature cocktails, including the Casamigos Margarita, Black Magic and Smoke Show, which were served from the crowded bars. There was food too, including Kobe cheeseburger sliders, mini hot dogs, french fries, truffle fries, pizza, chips and fresh guacamole, and Craig’s vegan ice cream. There was a Familia food truck serving tacos and burritos. Music was provided by DJ Michelle Pesce.

Speaking of tequila, Ryan Seacrest also has a stake in one of the best sipping tequilas around, Casa Dragones. Although he is one of the busiest men in Hollywood, he is also a great investor. Casa Dragones was founded by MTV creator Robert Pittman and “Maestra Tequilera” Bertha Gonzalez Nieves. The small-batch tequila comes in lovely hand-engraved bottles and it has won countless awards. Once again, Ryan Seacrest proved that he never makes mistakes with his investments!

Ryan Seacrest Foundation Relocates Headquarters to Nashville

Ryan Seacrest Foundation Nashville

The Ryan Seacrest Foundation (RSF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring young people through entertainment and education-based initiatives. The organization has relocated its headquarters permanently to Nashville from Los Angeles.

The Ryan Seacrest Foundation is built on the idea that kids need to be entertained while they’re staying at the hospital. They need to be themselves and be happy again, especially because they are going through a tough time. Besides the relocation, a group of entertainment industry advisors has been appointed to help support the Foundation’s mission. These advisors are Scott Borchetta, President, CEO & Founder, Big Machine Label Group; Nicki Farag, Executive Vice President, Promotion, Def Jam Records; John Ivey, President, CHR Programming Strategy at iHeartMedia; Allison Kaye, President, SB Projects; Debra O’Connell, President & General Manager at WABC-TV; and Gary Spangler, Executive Vice President, Promotion, Republic Records.

So far, the Ryan Seacrest Foundation has arranged for hundreds of celebrities to visit patients across the country at its Seacrest Studios, such as Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, Carrie Underwood, Shawn Mendes, Britney Spears, Usher and Camila Cabello. The newly appointed advisors will join the Foundation’s current celebrity ambassadors, pop star and actress Sabrina Carpenter along with singer-songwriter Charlie Puth and their former ambassadors Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas, to help the Foundation continue to cultivate unique entertainment experiences for patients and their families in children’s hospitals.

The Ryan Seacrest Foundation industry advisors will help the organization expand its impact and enhance its multimedia programming in their broadcast centers, which are also called Seacrest studios. The studios were built within pediatric hospitals for patients to explore the exciting worlds of radio, television and new media. The goal of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation is to contribute positively to the healing process for children and their families during their stay at the hospital.

Advisors will work with the Seacrest family and the Foundation staff to help generate awareness of its mission, bring celebrity talent to visit patients at Seacrest Studios and drive development and fundraising opportunities.

“We’re honored to have assembled a talented group of industry executives, who have been generously supporting our Foundation for years, to join us officially as advisors to help us advance our efforts and elevate our network of Seacrest Studios,” said Meredith Seacrest, Ryan Seacrest Foundation Executive Director/COO. “We’re also excited to call Nashville our new home, which isn’t far from our Seacrest Studio at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.”
