Child starlet and notorious party-girl Lindsay Lohan has violated her probation by testing positive for alcohol consumption.
Lohan, who is currently under house arrest and facing felony theft charges for stealing a necklace from a jewelry story she frequently shopped at, recently threw a house party since she cannot leave the premises. She thus, failed two sobriety tests and has been ordered to be in court tomorrow morning to face punishment.
This comes just days after Lohan told Life & Style magazine, “Alcohol is not in my house, so it’s just not a part of my life.”
The good girl gone bad, has been let off more times than anyone can count, and has screwed up AGAIN!
Because of her failure to follow Judge Elden Fox’s orders to NOT consume any alcohol or drugs while under probation, the department is hoping to place her butt behind bars for this responsibility.
More updates will follow on Lohan’s probation violation meeting, however, it is doubtful that she will be able to buy or cry her way out of this one.
