For once in her life, Lindsay Lohan arrived to her court appearance over her possible probation violation, early!
Lohan isn’t unaccustomed to being summoned to court, and once again she was let off the hook and not sentenced any jail time for failing her most recent alcohol test.
Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Judge Elden Fox ordered Lohan to be tested for controlled substances from January 3 – February 25th. Since it is June, Lohan technically did not violate her parole.
Even though she has a history of abusing alcohol and drugs, the probation department cannot place her in jail if she drinks.
Judge Sautner said, “the only thing Lindsay is guilty of is extremely pour judgment.”
Lindsay is expected to be on house arrest until next Wednesday and is only allowed one visitor at a time besides family members.
Instead of owning up to the possibility that she fell off the bandwagon and did indeed consume alcohol during her rooftop house party, Lohan is blaming her tea again.
Lohan claims that her kombucha tea has a “teeny” amount of alcohol in it and that is why she failed her test. This isn’t the first time Lohan has blamed her tea for her mistakes. She also blamed it for setting off her SCRAM bracelet last year.
Lohan was also scheduled to conduct an interview with “Today” show host Matt Lauer about how she is “turning her life around” but canceled it as soon as he showed up to her house, since she had just tested positive for alcohol.
Apparently, Lohan can only lie through statements to the public, rather than on TV. She can kiss her acting career buh-bye.
