Lady Gaga is a known not only for her extremely popular music, but also for her outrageous outfits. From bubbles to meat, Gaga has worn it all!

Now, Gaga has revealed to reporters backstage at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Canada that she would love take her ‘unique’ style and start her own fashion line some day.

The singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, told reporters: “I really, really have such admiration for fashion designers and I’m such good friends with them… I’d love to have a fashion line when I stop making music for a while.”

After making the statement Gaga, who revealed her “Edge of Glory” music video last week, was quick to reassure her ‘Little Monsters’ that she was not giving up on music, telling fans “That’s not going to happen soon. I’m in love with songwriting right now.”

This statement comes just weeks after Lady Gaga was honored with the Fashion Icon Award at the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards, held New York City. Speaking at the award ceremony, Gaga told the audience how much it means to her to be recognized as a fashion icon, telling them “You made me feel like a star before I was.”

Gaga made history last year when she wore stitched layers of Argentinean beef to the MTV Video Music Awards. The dress was recently preserved and put on display in Rock and Roll Hall of fame. Lets hope she leaves meat out of her fashion plans for the future.
