In strange celebrity hair news, Lady Gaga has shaved part of the back of her head in honor of a friend’s mother.
Controversial photographer Terry Richardson‘s mother passed away this week, causing close friend Lady Gaga to take to Twitter and offer her condolences.
The pop star shaved part of the hair on the back of her head to resemble Richardson’s balding hairstyle.
“I did it for u Terry,” the pop star tweeted alongside a picture her new hairstyle. “I’m sorry about ure mommy. She has princess die, but were all princess high.”
Richardson has photographed other top celebrity fashionistas like Gwyneth Paltrow and Chloe Sevigny. However, he has also been accused of sexual misconduct by a number of models.
Annie Lomax, Richardson’s mother died at the age of 74. Tuesday, Richardson posted pictures of his mother attached to breathing tubes but the cause of death has not been revealed.
Richardson is Gaga’s go-to guy for photographs and the two even collaborated on a best selling photo book, ‘Lady Gaga x Terry Richardson.’
