Kylie Jenner is expecting! Sources just confirmed to PEOPLE magazine that the famous 20-year-old reality star is pregnant with her first child and couldn’t be happier about the situation.
Her baby’s father is rapper Travis Scott. The two have only been dating for a few months, but the couple as been inseparable ever since Jenner broke up with her on-again off-again ex-boyfriend Tyga this past April.
“They started telling friends a few weeks ago. The family has known for quite some time. She is really excited and so is Travis,” sources close to the family announced. “It is an unexpected but completely amazing turn of events that she could not be more excited or thrilled about.”
The mother-to-be is best known from her role on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the reality show she stars in along with her famous family. Kylie Jenner has a successful makeup line, Kylie Cosmetics, that launched in 2015.
Travis Scott (born under the name Jacques Webster, Jr.) is a 25-year-old rapper from Houston, Texas. The award winning musician has worked with some of the biggest names in music, including Jay Z, Andre 3000, and Future, along with Kylie’s legendary brother-in-law Kanye West. He was linked romantically with Rihanna in 2015 when the pair was spotted attending numerous events together in and around New York.
The Kardashians and the Jenners get along well with Travis Scott and reportedly approve of his relationship with Kylie, especially since he doesn’t bring any drama to the table like she experienced with Tyga. Friends of the family say Travis treats Kylie with love and respect.
The baby will have plenty of cousins in the Kardashian-Jenner family to keep him or her company. Kim and Kanye West have two children, 4-year-old North and 21-month-old Saint, and are expecting a third child with the help of a surrogate. Kylie’s sister Kourtney Kardashian is mom to three, 7-year-old Mason, 5-year-old Penelope, and 2-year-old Reign. Kylie’s brother Rob welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Dream into the family 10 months ago.
“Everyone is overjoyed for her,” insiders commented about Jenner’s pregnancy. “This is the happiest she’s ever been.”
Kylie and Travis’s child is due to be born in February 2018.
