Justin Bieber surprised his girlfriend Selena Gomez by booking out the entire Staples Center in Los Angeles for a private date.

The 17-year-old took over the 20,000 seat sports arena, which often plays host to some of the largest basketball and ice hockey matches in the world, so the couple could have a romantic date and watch an intimate screening of 1997 movie, ‘Titanic’.

According to TMZ, Justin got the idea after seeing the movie ‘Mr. Deeds’, where Adam Sandler‘s character takes Winona Ryder on a private date inside Madison Square Garden.

Sources close to popstar say that Justin took Selena to a Demi Lovato concert nearby before saying “come with me” as he led Gomez into an underground service tunnel linking the concert venue to the Staples Center.

It has also been confirmed that, as Bieber has already sold out other venues owned by the Staples Center owners three times, he didn’t have to pay a penny to use the arena for the night.

The ‘Baby’ singer is currently gearing up to record a Christmas album for release this holiday season. Sean Kingston, The Band Perry, Taylor Swift and R’n’B legends Boyz II Men are rumored to appear on the album.

There will also be a mystery guest on the album, that Biber’s manager Scooter Braun described as “[One] of the most legendary performers ever”.

Justin Bieber is gearing up to restart his My World tour in Monterrey, Mexico on September 30.
