Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren welcomed a baby girl, Haven Garner Warren, into the world on Saturday. Haven is the couple’s second daughter. Big sister Honor Marie was born in June of 2008.

The 30-year-old actress admitted on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ that she had a stressful delivery the first time, so as her second due date approached she began taking “hypnobirth classes.” The success of hypnobirth depends on the woman’s ability to relax during labor, because tension makes giving birth more painful.

While Alba has not commented on the delivery, she followed in the footsteps of the Beckhams and wrote on Facebook Sunday, “She [Haven] was born on Saturday, weighed 7lbs, and was 19 inches long. Healthy and happy!” The decision to make an announcement on Facebook is in keeping with the rest of her pregnancy; the actress initially stated she and Warren were expecting on Facebook in February. Now a family of four, Alba also wrote about how excited Honor is about having a little sister.

The new mother-of-two seems to be living for the children these days, as her next film is for a young audience. The actress can be seen in ‘Spy Kids 4,’ which opens in theaters on Friday.
