Authorities have arrested singer-songwriter Fiona Apple after discovering hash on her tour bus in Sierra Blanca, Texas.

Apple was in Texas on her way to the next stop on her tour at the Moody Theater for Austin City Limits Live, when her bus was stopped and searched at a routine border stop.

She is still being held in Hudspeth County jail, however, Sheriff spokesperson Rusty Fleming said that she would be out on bond later today.

Fleming noted that Apple only had “a little tiny amount of pot and hash.” Possession of marijuana in small amounts is generally considered a misdemeanor, however, possession of hash in any amount is considered a felony in Texas.

The border stop in which she was arrested has become notorious location for celebrities. Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg, as well as actor Armie Hammer, have all been arrested on similar charges at the exact stop in recent past.

Regardless, Apple’s tour will likely continue. She has several stops throughout North America until the end of October, including one at Houston’s Bayou Music Center tomorrow.
