Another celebrity couple is welcoming a tiny new member into their family. Actor Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger recently announced the arrival of their second child, a baby girl.
Pratt, known for his role in “Guardians of the Galaxy” and Schwarzenegger, a published author, shared the news of their daughter’s arrival on their respective Instagram accounts. The couple named their new baby Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt. The proud father assured his fans that “Mama and baby are doing well.”
The famous couple tied the knot in 2019 and shared an older daughter, Lyla, born in 2020. Chris Pratt also has a son, Jack, 9, who he shares with his ex-wife and fellow actress Anna Faris. Katherine Schwarzenegger is the daughter of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger. She recently opened up about managing the obstacles of motherhood with the help of her husband. Schwarzenegger asserts that Pratt has been extremely vocal about how the children should be cared for and offers a supportive helping hand. She gushed about her husband while talking wth British model Iskra Lawrence, who is also a new mother. The two had a candid discussion on Schwarzenegger’s Instagram video series BDA (Before, During, and After Baby).
Pratt is seemingly in love with being a father and hinted last summer that he hoped to raise a big family with his wife. The “Jurassic World” actor confessed that even though he just welcomed a new daughter, he’d “love to have more” and would love to have “as many as the man upstairs will provide.” Pratt also added that he plans to expand his family as soon as possible, and shares that he’ll have to talk to his wife about his plan to have more babies. Judging from the lovely couple’s joy surrounding their newest daughter, they may be welcoming a new bundle of joy in the years to come.
