Austin Aaron is a renowned American actor who is best known for his role in films like “13 reasons why”, “the rise of the Lakers dynasty,” “winning time,” and the docuseries “untitled Los Angeles Lakers.” He was born in 1997 in Napa, California, and acquired a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Berkeley. He used to play on his school’s football team and made his debut into acting as Luke Holliday on 13 Reasons Why. After performing a homecoming skit in high school, he started acting, which everyone loved.

In a recent interview with Hollywood Life, Austin spoke about his debut in the HBO series “Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty” as Mark Landsberger, an appraised retired basketball player. Before getting his role, he didn’t know about Mark but had experience in basketball, baseball, and football which he had played since childhood. He did a lot of research on the basketball player, who soon became his favorite player. He hopes to reach out and talk to him soon.

Austin Aaron had auditioned for the Lakers show when he was still acting on “13 Reasons Why” back in 2019, but they did not get back to him. In 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic struck and slowed everything down, but in 2021 his agent called him to say that the directors wanted to see him again for the role’s audition. He attended an audition with the executive producers, and they gave him the role. He was given a week before the shooting started, which he took to research about Mark.

Although Austin Aaron used to play football in college, he says the training for his role in the film was a lot more intense than the one in college football. His trainer, Idan Ravin, put him and his fellow cast through vigorous physical drills to ensure maximum performance. Austin’s basketball skills have improved much more since he joined the film.

For the “Winning Times” show, the tone was relaxed, fun, loose, and full of laughter. He acted alongside legends like Adrien Brody, John C. Reily, and Sally Field. At first, he was intimidated by Adrien Brody but got used to him after the first scene they did together. This show was the first time Austin did improve, and he did a lot of research before joining the cast. Mark Landsberger is set to make a debut on the show on 27th March, and he is going to be a funny character and one of the best rebounders on the team.
