Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears have been accused of grooming and molesting an underage sister and brother. The anonymous sister filed a lawsuit against the two comedians, but it was announced today that this unnamed person has dropped her lawsuit. The lawsuit that was filed in the U.S. District Court for Central California was dismissed with prejudice, so no one will be able to file this lawsuit a second time.

According to a statement released by the plaintiff, she stated that she has been an acquaintance of Ms. Haddish for several years. She also stated that she knows that Ms. Haddish would not willingly hurt her or her younger brother. She is also certain that Ms. Haddish would never help any other person harm a child either.

The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Ms. Haddish in August in which she and her younger brother accused Ms. Haddish of preparing them to perform sexual acts in comedy sketches in the years 2013 and 2014. The children are the son and daughter of a former friend of Ms. Haddish who were 7 years old and 14 years old at the time.

According to the original complaint, the plaintiff accused Ms. Haddish of transporting her to a studio in Hollywood where she allegedly starred in a pornographic film. Before filming began, Ms. Haddish allegedly had the plaintiff watch a video in which the two female actors ate a sandwich as if they were engaging in oral sex.

The plaintiff accused Mr. Spears of telling her to do exactly what the two women were doing in the film they gave her to watch. She also accused Ms. Haddish of showing her how to do what she wanted her to do. According to the plaintiff, Ms. Haddish began to “groan” and “moan” and make the noises she heard in the video.

After the session was over, the plaintiff alleges that Ms. Haddish gave her $100 for the session and told her to go home. The plaintiffs have accused Ms. Haddish of being at the location when the video was being filmed.

Ms. Haddish refused to make a statement because the case is ongoing.
